Hi Bill,

 I am writing to thank your staff Dominic Ng for his excellent service in helping me to find a home in Dublin. Dominic in-depth knowledge of the tri-valley is very impressive. He tirelessly shown me many properties and provided valuable advices during the process. Dominic knows the whole process so well – from the time we started searching, he helped me get to know the market, introduced me to loan application, to working with escrow company, finally to closing the purchase. Dominic knows every step and helped me all the way.

 Dominic was very patient when I got frustrated with the fastmoving market and the lengthy loan application. He helped me to stay focused. With his good sense of humor tough time became a lot more manageable.

 I want to specifically thank Dominic in helping to me to pick the closing date. He made sure I don’t get charged interest over the weekend when closing was on a Monday. When escrow missed the closing deadline he also helped me fixed another date without occurring any loan interest. Very impressive work.

 Dominic’s post sale service is also good. He keeps the communication open after closing and made sure I have all the helps I needed in moving into the Dublin home.

 I will recommend Dominic to my friends and family.

Hello Bill,

We wanted to provide some feedback related to Dominic Ng, an agent in your firm. For some time, we had wanted a larger single story home to accommodate our older parents, but we were reluctant to move from our previous home. After much deliberation we decided to go through the process of purchasing a new home and selling the old one. Dominic is an acquaintance from our previous neighborhood and we chose him because he knows the area we were looking to buy in depth. We are both really busy and we wanted quick and trouble free transactions. Dominic really delivered in this regard on both transactions with a 100% success rate. 

 In both transactions Dominic showed some unique traits that worked out in our favor. The house we purchased really is our dream house. We believe that we got it in part because Dominic worked diligently with us to carefully craft the most attractive offer possible. Dominic also made notable contributions to the sale of our old house which went exceptionally smoothly. Dominic had several specific suggestions regarding staging, home improvements, professional photography, etc. In the end, we followed Dominic's  formula and we were in contract just several days after listing the home. During both transactions, Dominic was extremely proactive. He lined up inspections before we were in contract and was always one step ahead of the game. Once in contract, he tracked and followed up on every detail to ensure a successful transaction. This level of diligence gave us a sense of confidence that any potential issues would be identified and dealt with quickly. Dominic was also very personable and followed up with us so we were aware of status at all times. For us, everything worked out in the end and we were able to move into our new house just in time for an extended stay by our parents.

Dear Mr. Aboumrad,

I meant to send this sooner, but with a newborn, a 2 year old, and a new house to move into, most things are taking longer than I mean for them to.

I just think you should know that Dominic gave us exceptional service throughout our long and sometimes rocky (through no fault of Dominic's) home buying process. He was always incredibly prompt in replying to text and email. He went to lengths to accommodate our schedules, often setting up separate house visits for me a my husband due to a napping child or an inconvenient work schedule, and he often did so on short notice.  He was unflaggingly supportive and good natured when we were outbid by all cash offers on a few houses in a row. He was patient with us when our turn around times were slower than we meant for them to be and he was great about giving us an overview of what to expect and when it was important to act quickly. From the emails I was cc'd on, it was clear that he was courteous and professional with colleagues, always anticipating the next steps and ready to help facilitate their smooth completion. When a foible of an employee of our primary lender threatened to throw the deal off course, he was creative in coming up with a solution to keep it on track and both tactful and tenacious in seeing it through.

In short, we couldn't have asked for a better guide and champion in this crazy real estate market. We are thrilled with our new house and grateful for all that Dominic did to get us here.
