I meant to send this sooner, but with a newborn, a 2-year-old, and a new house to move into, most things are taking longer than I mean for them to.
I just think you should know that Dominic gave us exceptional service throughout our long and sometimes rocky (through no fault of Dominic's) home-buying process. He was always incredibly prompt in replying to texts and emails. He went to lengths to accommodate our schedules, often setting up separate house visits for me my husband due to a napping child or an inconvenient work schedule, and he often did so on short notice. He was unflaggingly supportive and good-natured when we were outbid by all cash offers on a few houses in a row. He was patient with us when our turnaround times were slower than we meant for them to be and he was great about giving us an overview of what to expect and when it was important to act quickly. From the emails I was cc'd on, it was clear that he was courteous and professional with colleagues, always anticipating the next steps and ready to help facilitate their smooth completion. When a foible of an employee of our primary lender threatened to throw the deal off course, he was creative in coming up with a solution to keep it on track and both tactful and tenacious in seeing it through.
In short, we couldn't have asked for a better guide and champion in this crazy real estate market. We are thrilled with our new house and grateful for all that Dominic did to get us here.

About a year and a half ago I wrote to you via email about Dominic’s help in selling my home in Fremont. It was a very positive experience, and I indicated then that I would like to continue working with him again when the opportunity arises. Well, that indeed happened earlier this year, in a series of 3 transactions all involving investment properties in Pittsburg and Baypoint. Over a 3.5-month period from February to May this year, I worked intensely with Dominic to purchase these properties. Since I was new to rental properties, Dominic spent much time in briefing me on the details of the purchase process and the management of these properties. He was very perceptive of my needs and priorities and was consistently successful in targeting the right properties for me to consider in a timely manner.
